Uber FX2 Product Safety Recall

Important Safety Recall Notice

inMusic is issuing a voluntary recall and exchange program for the Alto Professional Uber FX2 product due to the potential for the “AC IN” port to break apart while connecting or disconnecting the power cord. This introduces a remote, but potential risk of electrical shock from touching the exposed components should the port break. Users are cautioned to immediately unplug the unit should this occur and not reach inside the unit. The issue is limited to only the Uber FX2, and only to a particular range.

Out of an abundance of caution, and because your safety is of our highest priority, we urge you to discontinue use of the Uber FX2 immediately and contact Alto Professional to determine whether your product is affected, and if so, arrange a return for exchange.
