ALTO PROFESSIONAL EXPANDS TRUESONIC LINE OF POWERED LOUDSPEAKERS
New 10†Active Speakers and 12†Subwoofer Expand Both TRUESONIC and TRUESONIC PRO Line.
Cumberland, R.I. (Apr. 6, 2011) – Alto Professional, the pinnacle of live performance reinforcement, announces three new powered speakers: One TRUESONIC, one TRUESONIC PRO and a new 12†subwoofer. Alto Professional will unveil the TRUESONIC TS110A, TRUESONIC TS110 PRO loudspeakers and TRUESONIC SUB12 subwoofer at Hall 5.1 Stand #B45 of the 2011 Musikmesse show from April 6-9 in Frankfurt, Germany.
Alto Professional’s TRUESONIC powered speakers provide musicians and live sound engineers exceptionally clean, transparent sound at a previously unheard of value.
The new TRUESONIC TS110A is the perfect solution for musicians and DJs on the move as well as small and medium sized venues. The TRUESONIC TS110A has a 10" LF driver (2-inch voice coil) and a 1-inch HF Neodymium driver. This new model delivers 630 watts of Class D power and has two balanced combo jack (XLR/TRS) inputs and independent level controls.
The new TRUESONIC TS110 PRO delivers even more power, longer throw, lighter weight, and superb sound. These loudspeakers offer best in class performance with a huge 1000 watt of Class D power. The latest DSP technology from Alesis is employed to ensure consistent, accurate performance from speaker to speaker. The TS110 Pro incorporates a 10†driver into a high performance 2-way design. It has a 2†LF voice coil and employs a custom designed, highly efficient 1.75†HF driver. Each of the new loudspeakers comes standard with an integrated dual input mixer that is equipped with balanced combo jacks (XLR/TRS), eliminating the need for an external mixer in many solo performance situations. Additionally you can switch between a flat response and contoured response with the contour switch.
The new TRUESONIC SUB12 is a 12-inch professional subwoofer designed for the rigors of the stage in a truly portable design. Like its larger siblings the TRUESONIC SUB15 and TRUESONIC SUB18, the TRUESONIC SUB12 includes stereo inputs, an internal active crossover and is housed in rugged, compact, 18mm Birch plywood cabinet with durable metal recessed handles. The TRUESONIC SUB12 is capable of a frequency range of 47Hz-125Hz and comes equipped with 600 watts of pure Class D power with a 2.5" double-ventilated voice coil.
